Wednesday Night Live


Ridgewood Park UMC invites you to spend your Wednesday evenings with us during the school year. Share a meal, attend Bible study, send your kids to children’s choir. It’s a great mid-week break from hectic school year activities!

Wednesday Night Live is a fun, casual get-together, Wednesdays during the school. We gather to share a delicious meal together followed by fellowship and great conversation.
Dinner is at 5:50p.m. in the Gym, $5.00 per person, ($20 family max.)

Bible Study with Pastor Bill- The Study of Exodus
Exodus is a powerful and dramatic story of God working salvation.  It draws us in and invites us to participate in this wonderful story of redemption and salvation.  The study begins Wednesday, January 24 and runs through May 9th.  Offered two times: 10:30a.m. and 6:30p.m. in the Parlor.

Children singingThe children’s choir at RidgewoodPark UMC is gearing up for another wonderful season. We welcome all children, ages Pre-K to 6th grade. Throughout the school year, children will sing in worship, participate in musicals, and perform at various events. Each Wednesday evening children will enjoy singing, creative play time and making new friends in a loving, nurturing environment.
Choir begins Wednesday, September 13th. (Dinner at 5:50p.m. – optional)

It’s Back! WNL 2013-14

WNL is for every member of the congregation. We meet each Wednesday of the school year, beginning with dinner, (provided by our wonderful kitchen leader, Vickie Thompson) in the Gym (5:50 – 6:30) followed by Choir for our children, classes for adults & fellowship from 6:30 – 7:30. A list of programs available is below. No advance registration is necessary. The nursery is also open for children not participating in Choir. Jennifer Newman & Leah Campbell: WOW – Women of Worth
Join us for a time for women to get a little midweek boost from God’s word & for fellowship with others. This group is open to all women and we invite you to come & share in the journey of growing closer to God, having fellowships with other women, & supporting each other in prayer & love as we face the day to day challenges that being a woman, wife, sister, daughter, friend & mom can bring. This group has a rotating schedule, a fun, flexible group of people & always a welcoming & warm atmosphere. Some Wednesdays we share recipes & cook, other weeks we play cards & visit. Join Pam BeMent & Billy Pettigrew.

Youth gather to discuss the challenges of the week, their hopes for their lives and how to keep Jesus in their back pocket. It’s a casual, relaxed group facilitated by RPUMC Youth Alumni.
