Welcome Rev. Bill Eason!

Please join us in welcoming our new Pastor, Reverend Bill Eason and his wife Martha this  Sunday, for Bill’s first service with Ridgewood Park.  There will be one service at 10:30 am in the Sanctuary,  followed by an indoor picnic in the gym, with hamburgers,  hot dogs, and “all the fixings,” including watermelon  and ice cream for dessert. This will be a great opportunity  for us to visit with Bill and his family.
Bill comes to us from First  UMC of Coppell, where he has led the modern worship service  for the past three years. Prior to that, he was the Pastor  of Celeste UMC, where he led the traditional worship service  for 7 years.  Bill is passionate about both forms of  worship service, as well as mission work. He has performed  mission work in Ghana, Costa Rica, and Romania.  He and  Martha have three children who are young adults, and roots  in the City of Richardson. Bill served as a Richardson  Police Officer for 13 years before answering the call to  ministry and earning his Master of Divinity from Perkins  School of Theology at SMU.
Bill & Martha, we are so happy to have you,  and we’re eager to forge loving relationships with you  and your family. Ridgewood Park has been truly blessed.

We’ve experienced amazing spiritual growth in recent  years, and have faith that together we will grow even  stronger in Christ. Welcome to Ridgewood Park, we look  forward to seeing you Sunday!
